For Nobody. Butchu. was founded in mid-June by co-owners Christine &Bixuan. This service was inspired by the 2009 M1 advertorial line which goes like 'Customization is everywhere, and that is why we believe that this will be the next big thing.' Besides line plans and pockets which should be customized, we believe that shoes, a basic necessity which everybody tends to take for granted, should be customized as well.
Our aim is to provide all our customers with a pair of self-designed shoes which they can really call their own and put their best foot forward for all occasions!
On a slightly lighter note, do look out for another blogshop linked out of this one selling handmade (it's okay! i really take Food & Nutrition as an elective &Christine art!) sweet treats like chocolates, muffins, truffles etc, coming to you in mid-September! ;)
We aim to provide a friendly long-term relationship with all customers who come forward to patronise us and hope to keep you coming back through the following terms:
1. We design for you ANY type of shoes seriously! You may choose if you would like to get the pair for us first or let us buy it for you and check it into the total bill ;) Naturally, the common understanding is that if you would like for us to get you better quality shoes, you pay more.
2. There is a basic fee of SGD$15/- per pair applicable (administrations, fabric paint, brushes, basic service, miscellaneous fee) for ALL purchases, irrespective of how many pairs you are intending to purchase. Of course, reasonable negotiations are workable for cases we deem special.
3. The number of colours used on every pair are added to the total check accordingly to:
- 1 colour: $1.50
- 2 colours: $2
- 3 colours: $3
- 4 colours: $3.50
- 5 colours: $4
- >6 colours are also available upon request!
4. To avoid any forms of misunderstandings etc. and to make sure that the shoes gets to you in its best possible condition, we do ONLY meet-ups. Pick-up on weekends. Pick-up points will be dependent on a case-to-case basis. Payment can be made only through cash for the time being until further notifications. A receipt will be issued upon every collection. Every pair of shoes, come September, purchased will come attached with a pax of chocolates!
5. We CAN draw no worries! We did the following two pairs on our own! We will sketch for you the raw design of what you are expecting after listening to you and when you give us the green light to proceed then will we start on our big projects! ;) We promise that no two pairs of shoes will look alike at all when designed by us, and that you will really have shoes to call yours!
As we are taking the GCE O Levels papers come October, we might not be able to pick up all orders within a very short time span and get them done. However, please note that all your requests, which are sent to fornobodybutchu@gmail.com, will be safely kept in the Inbox and reviewed when we have the time on hand! We will personally contact you before starting out on any order to confirm that you are still interested in the shoes and you will make a good owner to the pair that we will be putting in a lot of effort for!

Our FIRST Spree will be taking place from now till 1 August! However, as this is still the 'test-water' period for us, we will only be taking orders from people we know in real. Nonetheless, if you have a keen interest, please do not hesitate to send in your requests and when we are confident enough to be of service to you, we will drop you a mail asap!
